Ideal Male fitness model weight

You know, I've been featured in full-page articles from bodybuilding dot com and Flex, Muscle and Fitness, Men's Fitness Magazine. Also done many calendars, Cosmopolitan Magazine, shot in New York, Los Angeles, done some really neat stuff with the industry and I'm here to help guys that are looking to put more muscle on, because when I graduated high school I weighed like 160 pounds.

What I usually do is, I'll do anything from bodybuilding shows to different modeling shoots around 170 to 180.

And then in the off-season, I'll go up to around 215 to 220 and do some drug-free powerlifting to add some muscle mass, so then when I diet back down, naturally I might be 180, 185. And the natural process over time would just allow you to look bigger at your photo shoots. You know, that's a big thing I think that will help you in the long run.

If you have a large amount of muscularity and want to become a fitness model, we encourage you to promote yourself and making contacts in the industry, just like Cory did it.

If you are ready to become a male fitness model, consider our innovative advice on how to get your modeling career started locally, by teaming with 11 of your buddies on your college campus or at your gym. • Shoot Prep

After working with thousands of new models and college students, we know the concerns, issues and questions many new models have before their first photo shoot. It is normal for even the most macho guy to be nervous prior to his first shoot. We compiled all this training info into “ShootPrep” – our dedicated site for training models with whom we work.

Our photographer uses ShootPrep.com to train new models before their photo sessions.
